We love cookout very much there food is really good and always hot

Great food loved the 4.99 deals cashier was super patient and so friendly... hush puppies yummy.. bathroom clean hand dryer was broke but the room had towel dispensers.. log cabin decor..

Food was freshly made and delicious. Service was fast.

Whoever runs the place should be fired. Absolute inability to run a popular business. The staff is lazy and ruins orders and the gm can’t even make sure the restaurant is stocked with what it need. These people are a joke to humanity

I love cookout but this one here has the absolute rudest service out there. the speaker on the menu isn’t loud enough so I ask what and they got an attitude and sarcasm with me and i will not tolerate nor spend money at a place where they cannot be nice. this is supposed to be a christian environment or service and neither one is EVER portrayed here. I will NOT be back here, I can definitely get treated with decency elsewhere. period.

The employees are friendly, and don't rush you when taking your order. The place is extremely clean. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is delicious. They play Christian music at a reasonable level.

Good food for a fast food place n prices are good for a family to eat out

All I can say is wow, very good prices and very great food. I went with my buddy we got a nice sized burger, 2 sides, and a large drink for a little over $12. Definitely going back there again

I wasn't expecting much but everything I had was amazing! Very good food and cheaper than any BK or Wendy's. The girl at the counter was also very nice.

Nice clean place first time ever at Cook Out just disappointed with every purchase comes with styofoam cup and box not good for environment! Very sad!

Burger and shake were delicious. Sides were just okay. Music inside is very loud, by outside was fine. Quick service. Nice and welcoming staff.

Came here at 1am. Expected decent food and decent serviced. Was super surprised when I pulled up and the staff was incredibly friendly even despite both the time of night and the current pandemic situation. On top of that the food was actually fantastic, and everything was fresh. The night crew need a raise!

My wife ordered a BBQ sandwich tray with fries and hush puppies. When we picked up the order she noticed it was a BBQ plate instead of a sandwich. Instead of fixing the order my wife asked for two pieces of bread to make it a sandwich and he said I’d have to charge you for that. Poor service and guy had a real attitude!! Won’t come back!!!

Fast and Goid variety of food ...

Very popular spot in Myrtle. Line can get long during peak season, and parking lot is cramped and fills up with riff-raff late at night. Other than that food it great. Definitely the upper echelon of fast food when it comes to burgers. Double check you got your sauce though...

Great food fairly fast service especially because everything is cooked to order. Good shakes. If noise bothers you you may prefer to sit outdoors.

One star maybe to high! Five of us got meals, three were incorrectly filled. A male employee started calling out numbers. When he called our numbers, we had items broken into two orders, I told him I would take the two orders he told me it would take him 30 seconds to move our orders to the section of the counter so I could reach them. Seriously! Seems if a person is standing there to get most of the items and take them away, it is to the employee's advantage to slide them over and let the customer move it away. When I got the items they were arranged without a tray allowing moving the whole order at once. This required multiple trips. We never received part of the order. So be it! It was obvious filling the order correctly was beyond his capability. Five of us had never been there before or had food from the franchise. We chose to stop there to satisfy our curiosity. Well curiosity is satisfied! NO, I do not recommend this restaurant and plan to never go there again.

The food is ok,reasonably priced but portion size is poor. Also the customer service skills need to be worked on.

Their cookout tray is one of the best values around! The staff are always friendly and they have always been pretty quick about getting you your food. One of the best fast food places around and I would highly recommend. They also have plenty of milkshake flavors to choose from.

He loved it, thought it was a good meal for a low price. I thought my Cole slaw was missing any dressing and the chili came out of a can. But the coke floats were great.

I have eaten at Cook Out many times before with no issues. The food is always great. However, today when I received my order I was surprised at the lack of sides. Literally, 2 tiny onion rings with my meal! It was a sad sight. Not sure if they are trying to cut cost or if it was employee error. Either way it's disappointing. I will continue to eat at the 501 location, but next time will check my food before I leave.

This was my first time to cookouts. It was very good. We ordered off the combo menu which gives you a choice of approximately 6 different types of sandwiches, six or eight different types of sides and a large drink for $5.25. I got the double hamburger with fries and slaw and a large drink that you can refill yourself at the drink station as often as you like. It was very good, everything was fresh and had a good taste to it, I will definitely go back.

Always love this place. Easy to get to and simple barbecue type food that you can never go wrong with. Shout out to the late night crew who work over the weekends, they work miracles.

The food tastes burnt. Our chicken was raw in the middle. I would definitely NOT recommend.

Prices and food are good.

If I could give this 0 stars I would I ordered a bbq sandwich and got a a ham burger with mustard and onion. Then my daughter got a chicken quesadilla and got a cheese quesadilla. She also ordered a chicken wrap with lettuce and salad seasonings and got a wrap with one cold peace of chicken and ranch. Then we ordered two coca cola and got Sprite.

First time ever experiencing Cook Out and it was delicious. It’s just a burger joint but they had even more to offer than I thought. I was truly impressed by the quality and exceptional flavor of the food. Hopefully when I’m near one I will be able to stop in once again!

Today was the second time we visited, the first we just went through the drive! Both times the food was very good, the burgers taste very fresh! We also have had the onion rings, hush puppies, coleslaw and shakes. The sides are all very good. Their shakes are awesome and they have a huge variety of flavors! The inside was very clean, even being a busy Sunday afternoon! Love that the music playing was not vulgar, but family friendly!

Daughter loves the place. They do not have it on Florida. I like the chicken enchiladas myself
